Bad customer service: we were a party of 4 and we ordered a salmon pizza which came with caviar at a price of close to $20. However unable for dietary reasons to eat the caviar we asked that they add extra salmon. The manager categorically refused stating that the restaurant has a strict house policy of no substitutions. We told them that it wasn't really a substitution just more salmon to compensate for removing the caviar and they refused. We cancelled our orders and left the restaurant. The hostess was apologetic but the manager could not care less.
